FOR THIS SPRING SEASON AND SUMMER IT IS ALWAYS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE KEEP OUR BODY FRESH AND HYDRATADED.THE MEXICAN VERSION OF LEMONADE IS A VERY GOOD OPTION FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO HAVE HEALTHY MEALS AND DRINKS.  THIS FLAVORED WATHER IS SOMETHING THAT WE DRINK IN MEXICO COUPLE TIMES AT WEEK.  IT IS VERY HIGH IN VITAMIN C , SO IT HELPS TO PROTECT YOUR BODY FROM FLU INSTEAD OF MEDICINE, ALSO, LIME IS A CITRYC SO IT WILL HELP TO YOUR KIDNEES TO WORK WELL AND YOU’LL GET AWAY FROM THOSE EXTRA AND NASTY FLUIDS IN YOU SYSTEM!   IT ALSO HELPS TO HEAL GUMS WHEN PEOPLE HAVE SURGERY:)

INGREDIENTS

1 LITTLER OF COLD WATHER

4 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR, OR TO TASTE.

3,4 OR 5 LIMES, DEPENDING OF THE SIZE

IN THE PITCHER ADD THE SUGAR AND WATHER.

STIR TO DISOLVE THE SUGAR

SQUEZZE THE LIME JUICE INTO THE WATHER

PUT SOME ICESTIR AND SERVE

  MY SUGGESTION IS TO COMPAIN THIS WATHER WITH TACOS OR SEA FOOD.

Well, I think I shoudl start by saying what Tanzania is ( for thiose who do not know ) ( don’t be offended ).  Tanzania is a country ( YES it is a country) located in Africa ( YES it is a continent not a country ).   Okay, there is this wonderful girl that goes by the name of Linsy ( sorry if I didn’t spell well ) and she went down to Tanzania to do some community service.  Lindzy had one of the most cultural, wonderful, though and worthied experience.  She was helping people in Tanzania dn also she was teaching English.  The language spoken in Tanzania is Suajili and for sure even Linzy is very smart didn’t spoke it, so she had some language barrier there, but that wouldn’t stop her and she used the well known for me sign language, haha I really know about it.  During the student experience Linzy told us what she did in Tanzania.  Also she showed so really cool art that she did while she was inspired by Tanzania’s beauty, the sculptures .   However, Lindy’s most shoking story was when she got to talk about HIV on kids.  I was surprised, of how kind she is.  I really admire Lindzy.  She is awsome,  and she speaks Spanish MUY BUEN!  SO I DEDICATE YUO THIS BLOG ( te dedico mi blog, con mucho carino )
